Fellow POW

Any participant in a war should consider themselves a prisoner of that war. There should be no desire to go to war. It should be an absolute necessity where no other possibilities exist. Mr. McCain was imprisoned and physically and emotionally abused but he came back. He returned relatively whole compared to those who would later die from exposure to Agent Orange. Who were permanently disfigured or paralyzed by bullets, mines, disease and soul killing stressors. Orthose who could only find sanctuary under bridges or under upturned bottles. 58,000+ servicemen died. He did not. Hundreds upon hundreds of thousands of civilians died. He did not. He lives and he thrives and he owes those who do not. He owes those who came back in a much worse state than he did and who continue to do so.
